All current, in good-standing, voting members of ICOM-CC will receive an email prior to 1 September with voting instructions and a link to a ballot for the 1) Directory Board and for the 2) ratification of the By-laws.

All current, in good-standing, voting members of ICOM-CC who have choosen a Working Group(s) from their active accounts on the ICOM-CC website will receive an email for EACH selected Working Group to vote for the Coordinator.

MODIFICATIONS
ICOM-CC reserves the right to make modifications without prior notice, as it deems appropriate in its website, and may change, delete or add both contents of the website, conditions of use or by general contracting conditions. Such modifications may be made, through their website, in any manner admissible by law and shall be binding during the time they are published on the website and until they are modified by subsequent ones.

LEGAL ACTIONS, APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between the user and ICOM-CC will be governed by current French regulations and will be competent to decide on any dispute that may arise between the user and ICOM-CC the courts or tribunals from the city of PARIS.
