ICOM-CC By-Laws - revised 2026

The ICOM-CC By-Laws represent the dynamic and constantly growing internal functions, responsibilities and rules of the Committee for Conservation.

In 2026, we will vote to ratify updated By Laws that will follow the ICOM modifications to Statutes, Strategic Plan and Internal Guidelines.

Voting will take place in the two-week period prior to and during the ICOM-CC 21st Triennial Conference between 1 - 15 September 2026.

Note to members: The proposed amendments are to be approved as a whole (yes / no / blank vote), as this revision must be read in its entirety. Some amendments cannot be approved if others are left out, and vice versa. If the amendments are not approved together, the resulting By-Laws could contain inconsistencies.

ICOM-CC reserves the right to make modifications without prior notice, as it deems appropriate in its website, and may change, delete or add both contents of the website, conditions of use or by general contracting conditions. Such modifications may be made, through their website, in any manner admissible by law and shall be binding during the time they are published on the website and until they are modified by subsequent ones.

ICOM-CC reserves the right to use cookies in the user's browsing through its website to facilitate the customization and convenience of navigation. The relationship between the user and ICOM-CC will be governed by current French regulations and will be competent to decide on any dispute that may arise between the user and ICOM-CC the courts or tribunals from the city of PARIS.
