INTERIM MEETING WG / NEW DATE 6 - 8 OKTOBER 2010

Dear participant in the Graphic Documents Working Group's Interim Meeting in Copenhagen.
New dates have now been decided for the Graphic Documents Working Group's Interim Meeting in Copenhagen. The meeting will be postponed untill the 6th to 8th of October 2010. We hope you will mark these dates in your calendar and that you will be able to attend the meeting.
We advise you to rebook your flight to Copenhagen to this new timing as soon as possible, so you won't loose your flight. If you have already booked alternative transportation to Copenhagen, you should cancel this as soon as possible to have the best options of getting any payment refunded.
Regarding the registration fee that you have payed for participation in the meeting, we hope to get back to you on Wednesday with more details on how to register for the new dates to be scheduled and how to proceed if you are not able to participate on these new dates.
Some of you have booked hotel in connection with your registration for the meeting. These bookings have been cancelled and you will be able to get a refund of the full amount or use the amount to make a booking when new dates for the meeting have been announced. To make a new booking or get the amount refunded please contact me by email (ll@bdp.dk). Please note this is only relevant if you have booked your hotel on the registration website for the Graphic Documents Working Group's Interim Meeting.
